Incredible mission, but “balance” is aspirational below the founder level.
Leadership genuinely means well and the autonomy is real. But crunch around launches is normal and the unspoken expectation is that you’re always on. Rating the culture a 3 because the values are real but the lived reality lags.

Fair, and I won’t pretend launch weeks are gentle. But I’ve also had managers actively send me home. It’s uneven by team more than company-wide.
