This is the Northwind pattern. The conviction cuts both ways — in the boardroom she will hold a hard line, so know that going in. But she shows up in a crisis.

Founder-friendly on terms, founder-firm on accountability. She’ll back you to the hilt but she expects the metrics you promised. Fair, in my experience.
