New VP Eng is turning the culture around
A year ago I'd have rated this a 2. Since Meredith came in, releases are planned in six-week blocks, weekend deploys are gone, and the roadmap survives contact with sales. Still hardware — some weeks are brutal — but it's a plan now, not a fire drill.
