Community guidelines

The whole site rests on the reviews being worth trusting. The rules are few and firm:

• First-hand experience only. Write about what you saw and lived, not what you heard secondhand or read elsewhere.
• People are reviewed as professionals. Leader notes cover how someone runs teams and makes decisions — never their private life, appearance, health, or protected characteristics.
• No doxxing, ever.Don’t identify other employees, name non-public individuals, or post information that could unmask an anonymous reviewer. This includes yourself — protect your own anonymity.
• No scores to settle with fabrication. Angry is fine; invented is not. Reviews found to be fabricated are removed and the account loses posting rights.
• Disclose conflicts.If you’re a founder, investor, or competitor of the company you’re writing about, say so or don’t write.
